Open Work Positions Available for Hiring
Construction Manager
- Minimum 1 year of relevant executive experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (experience with project management software is a plus)
- Ability to coordinate the construction process from pre-construction through close-out
- Experience working with Business Development and Pre-Construction departments to ensure project success
- Capability to serve as the primary point of contact with homeowners throughout the construction process, including post-construction
- Expertise in managing all aspects of the construction process, including:
- Planning
- Project team and client meetings
- Subcontractor selection
- Scheduling and budgeting
- Contract design and approval
- Subcontractor and vendor management
- Contract negotiations
- Managing client expectations
- Dispute resolution
- Procurement of materials and supplies
- Proven track record in ensuring project success, measured by client satisfaction, budget maintenance, profitability, and adherence to schedule/timeline

Construction Estimate Expert
- Minimum 1 year of relevant executive experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience estimating residential and government projects
- Familiarity with measurements commonly used in America such as feet, inches, etc.
- Familiarity with International Building Code sectors is preferred
- Proficiency in estimating software and spreadsheet design
- Experience using CAD
- Knowledge of Procore, Excel, Word, and other bid site platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys tackling various challenges, including assisting with sales presentations through project completion
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting drawings and specifications
- Understanding of contractual terms and conditions
- Ability to assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals promptly
- Capability to collect job cost information and import it into a database for future projects
- Skill in providing clear, detailed quantity take-offs
- Organizational skills for managing subcontractor quotes and ensuring they meet contract documents
- Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling projects to determine construction duration
- Ability to maintain relationships with subcontractors and clients
- Competence in providing project managers with proper documentation related to projects

Programmer
